How To Save A File In Microsoft Excel

Saving a file in Microsoft excel is not a tedious work but if you are a beginner to excel, it will be. Follow the following steps to save a file you have created in Microsoft excel.


  1. On your menu bar in the Microsoft Excel, click on File 
  2. Click on save in the next menu that pops up
  3. Choose the folder you want to save your file in 
  4. Type in the name you want to give to your file and click on save
  5. Done!! 
  6. You have saved your file.
  7. You can then access it later in the location you saved it into
